Permanent roles and 3 to 6 month contracts, from the Bay Area to San Diego to the Sierra. Tell us what you want, and we'll only bring you roles that fit.
What we handle
Ortho roles only
First assist, trauma, sports, joints, spine, hand. We don't send you urgent care or dermatology.
Rate and stipend
We negotiate your rate and, for contract roles, housing or a travel stipend.
Schedule and call
We get the clinic/OR split and call terms in writing before you say yes.
W-2, not 1099
California's AB 5 doesn't exempt PAs, so contract roles are W-2. You shouldn't carry the classification risk.
Your CV stays with us
We never send your details to a practice without asking you first.
Free for PAs
Practices pay us. We never take a cut of your rate.
Licensed out of state?
California isn't in the PA Licensure Compact and has no general temporary license, so you'll need a full California license. Start the license verifications early, and do Live Scan fingerprints in person if you can visit, since ink cards take weeks longer.
