For practices

An ortho PA who can do the job you actually have

Permanent hires, 3 to 6 month contract coverage for leave or a gap before a permanent start, and per diem. California practices and hospitals only. Your first placement is free.

What we'll ask you

These decide whether a job is livable for a PA, so we get them first.

  • Your clinic and OR split, and the cases the PA will assist on
  • Call: frequency, phone or in-house, and how it's paid
  • Which hospitals, and which of your surgeons holds privileges at each
  • Whether you need an active California license or can wait for one
  • Pay range and bonus structure, anchored to BLS data for your metro

What we do

  • Search only among orthopaedic PAs
  • Ask candidates which cases they have closed on their own, and which they haven't
  • Talk to a surgeon they assisted, not only a manager
  • Tell you the realistic start date given licensing and privileging
  • Structure contract roles as W-2, in line with AB 5
  • Check in with you and the PA at 30, 60 and 90 days

Writing the job post or practice agreement yourself?

Our free Ortho PA Hiring Guide covers the 2026 rules, AB 5, licensing timelines, pay data and a 90-day onboarding checklist.

The guarantee

Your first placement is free. If you are not happy with the PA, we find a replacement at no cost.

For any reason. You don't have to prove the PA did something wrong. We're new, and this is how we'd like to earn your trust: do the work first, and carry the risk ourselves.

  • No fee on your first placement. Permanent or contract.
  • Replacement at no cost. If you aren't happy with the PA we place.
  • Later placements are quoted up front. Fees are agreed in writing before a search starts.
  • PAs never pay us. Matching is free for candidates.
