What we handle
Ortho roles only
First assist, trauma, sports, joints, spine, hand. We don't send you urgent care or dermatology.
Rate and stipend
We negotiate your rate and, for contract roles, housing or a travel stipend.
Schedule and call
We get the clinic/OR split and call terms in writing before you say yes.
W-2, not 1099
Contract roles are W-2, so you don't carry the classification risk. In California, AB 5 doesn't exempt PAs, so it's also the law.
Your CV stays with us
We never send your details to a practice without asking you first.
Free for PAs
Practices pay us. We never take a cut of your rate.
Not licensed where you want to work yet?
You need a PA license in the state where you'll practice. Tell us below which licenses you hold and which are in progress, and we'll plan around your timeline.
In California: the state isn't in the PA Licensure Compact and has no general temporary license, so you'll need a full California license. Start the license verifications early, and do Live Scan fingerprints in person if you can visit, since ink cards take weeks longer.
